LCI Senior Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities
Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements
Required Education:
Relevant education
Required Work Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of LCI experience within Offshore Oil & Gas
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of international codes and standards
Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys & STIDCompetence in document management systems ProArc & STID
Good command of both Norwegian and English languages
Familiar with EqHub
Proactive and service minded
The ability to work independently, as well as in a team
Is systematic and accurate
Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
Is solution-oriented
