Senior LCI Professional Lead

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior LCI Professional to take on an LCI Lead role within one of our development projects. The position requires strong expertise in LCI information, data, and systems, along with proven experience in managing and delivering LCI scope in complex development projects.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage all LCI activities within the assigned development project
Provide guidance, planning, and support for LCI-controlled work processes to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Identify and propose updates to LCI systems, processes, and guidelines in alignment with Aker BP’s strategy and existing frameworks
Drive organisation, simplification, standardisation, sharing, and re-use of information across the company
Act as superuser for LCI management systems, ensuring system configuration meets end-user requirements and expectations
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in LCI management, preferably with an engineering background
Strong understanding of LCI-related processes, requirements, and systems
Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems (e.g. AVEVA or similar)
In-depth knowledge of LCI information and data management, usage, and requirements
Experience with AI and data analysis, including applications for automated data quality control
Proven experience with data flows, databases, SQL, and Python; ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards
Comfortable working with engineering data such as tags, attributes, and technical documentation, with a solid understanding of equipment types and associated attributes and documents
Strong understanding of digital modelling of industrial assets (plants, systems, areas, lines, tags, functions, loops, documents, etc.)
Ability to interpret underlying data in engineering documents and translate it into digital requirements, including solution-oriented approaches to digitalisation of 2D diagrams using AI
Capable of transforming operational information needs into practical solutions such as expanded digital requirements, automated checks, dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses
Holistic understanding of the data procurement process and the ecosystem of engineering software systems; experience with system integrations is an advantage

Regulatory competence within the petroleum industry
