HAP Construction Lead
Responsibilities
Serve as the Activity Lead for a high-activity period (HAP) involving a flotel on an offshore installation.
Actively participate in the onshore planning phase, ensuring all activities are well-defined, prepared, and prioritized.
Join the offshore leadership team to oversee the execution and follow-up of all planned activities.
Ensure all HAP activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with company management systems.
Manage plan changes and serve as the key liaison between onshore and offshore teams.
Contribute to SIMOPS assessments, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Lead and participate in critical meetings, including permit-to-work sessions and coordination meetings.
Take responsibility for all HAP-related reporting and documentation.
Required expertise
MSc or BSc in Engineering. Significant relevant experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.
A minimum of 5 years of experience from operational activities, preferably involving interdisciplinary coordination.
Strong knowledge of permit-to-work (PTW) systems and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
Familiarity with relevant industry management systems and work processes.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Stavanger (February 2026), followed by an offshore rotation
Work schedule: Full-time. An initial onshore period followed by a 2/4 offshore rotation schedule.
Duration: Temporary assignment from February 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026.
