We are looking for an

Responsibilities

• Daily follow-up and operational support of existing IT, OT and telecom infrastructure

• Perform technical surveys and establish the basis for design and installation

• Support and coordinate offshore connectivity solutions including radiolink/LoS, Starlink, T-FAST, 4G/5G and subsea fiber

• Coordinate rig intake, onboarding and migration to standardized solutions

• Design and coordinate IT/OT networks, including switches, cabling, fiber, VLANs and firewall infrastructure

• Follow up telecom and OT systems such as TETRA, CCTV, Personnel Tracking Systems (PTS) and AV systems

• Facilitate and troubleshoot data flows for real-time drilling and third-party services

• Coordinate vendors, rig owners and technical disciplines throughout survey, design, installation and commissioning

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Solid experience with IT, OT and telecom infrastructure within the oil & gas industry

• Strong knowledge of offshore communication networks, including radiolink, satellite connectivity, 4G/5G and fiber

• Hands-on experience with network design, VLANs, firewalls, switches and hardware installation

• Experience or good understanding of critical offshore telecom systems such as TETRA and CCTV

• Familiarity with real-time drilling data flows, such as WITSML

• Experience coordinating vendors and working across multiple technical disciplines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
