Responsibilities

Oversee the daily follow-up of maintenance activities for mechanical equipment.

Collaborate with offshore discipline leads, technicians, management, and the onshore support team.

Facilitate the safe and efficient execution of all maintenance work.

Coordinate work within your specific engineering discipline.

Develop and assemble plans for maintenance personnel related to 2-week work order schedules and campaign-based maintenance.

Required expertise

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally in a senior role.

Strong background in planning and coordinating maintenance for mechanical equipment.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, both onshore and offshore.

A proactive, engaged, and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.

Excellent organizational skills for developing detailed work plans and maintenance campaigns.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.
