Job Responsibilities:

  • Bestilling, koordinering, oppfølging og booking av personell som skal med helikopter Offshore

  • Samarbeide med prosjektene for å sikre optimal mobilisering (delta i ukentlige møter)

  • Følge opp i våre interne systemer, samt DaWinci

  • Sikre at personell har rett kurs/sertifikater før utreise, registrering i SAP.

  • Melde på obligatoriske kurs

Required Education:

  • Min. 3-årig videregående

Required Work Experience:

  • Ønskelig med erfaring fra lignende arbeidsoppgaver.

  • Må ha erfaring fra DaWinci

  • Ønskelig med erfaring fra SAP



Required Qualifications:

  • Kunne jobbe selvstendig

  • Være proaktiv

  • Gode samarbeidsevner

  • Nøyaktig og strukturert

  • Fleksibel da det er mye endringer i perioder på booking av helikopter/utreise.

Required Certificates:

  • Dawinci kurs
