Job Responsibilities:

2 års innleie fra oppstart

* Bestilling, koordinering, oppfølging og booking av personell som skal med helikopter Offshore
* Samarbeide med prosjektene for å sikre optimal mobilisering (delta i ukentlige møter)
* Følge opp i selskapets systemer (AST/SAP) samt DaWinci
* Sikre at personell har rett kurs/sertifikater før utreise, registrering i SAP
* Melde på obligatoriske kurs


Required Education:
Min. 3-årig videregående


Required Work Experience:
* Ønskelig med erfaring fra lignende arbeidsoppgaver
* Må ha erfaring fra DaWinci
* Ønskelig med erfaring fra SAP



Required Qualifications:

Kunne jobbe selvstendig
 Gode samarbeidsevner
* Nøyaktig og strukturert
* Fleksibel da det er mye endringer i perioder på booking av helikopter/utreise
* Må kunne snakke og skrive flytende norsk

Required Certificates:
Må ha gjennomført Dawinci Kurs før oppstart
