ATS Coordinator

ATS Coordinator is responsible for coordination of contractual activities in the Agreement for Technical Services (ATS), as part of the Purchase Order/Frame Agreement, to ensure that Technical Services from Suppliers are provided and coordinated in a controlled manner.
Furthermore, the ATS Coordinator is responsible to ensure that personnel hired in for work on sites, including offshore- and onshore installations, in collaboration with (package responsible engineer & purchase responsible) procure valid and required certificates/courses for the applicable work, country and site.
ATS Coordinator is responsible to perform activities according to internal processes, and is responsible for the following tasks:
Coordination of supplier assistance in accordance with Company policies for the Agreement for Technical Services (ATS)
Initiate supplier call-off based on required approvals, signatures and documentation
Responsible for the formal information between The Company and supplier regarding site, onshore- and offshore work (call of letter – following up mobilization of personnel).
Registration of personnel and required personnel information in The Compnys Standard Tools
Verify available People on Board (POB) offshore
(Booking of helicopter seats and arrange for accommodation offshore)Assist reporting according to project requirements, including central office of foreign tax affairs (Sentralskattekontoret for utenlandssaker, SFU)
The ATS Coordinator has experienced there is a need for an ATS Field Coordinator to follow-up the Supplier on Yard facilities.

Relevant education
Required Qualifications:
Experience with similar work.
Good communication skills both oral and written, in both, English and Norwegian.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Good IT skills in Microsoft Excel, etc.
A proactive attitude towards Continuouse Improvements in everyday life and towards digitallisation and smarter ways of working.
Positive and solution oriented mindset.
