Senior Process Engineer - Operator Company
Responsibilities
Perform detailed UniSim simulations of topside process systems.
Conduct capacity evaluations, constraint analyses, and sensitivity studies.
Establish, maintain, and improve a standalone UniSim simulation model for multidisciplinary use.
Coordinate simulation runs in the network model (GAP) and ensure alignment with UniSim models.
Provide simulation support to Operations for troubleshooting and optimization.
Assess the impact of major facility and asset configuration changes.
Collaborate effectively with project engineers, production engineers, subsurface, and operations teams.
Communicate results and prepare clear technical summaries.
Required expertise
Extensive experience with Honeywell UniSim Design.
Strong understanding of topside processing systems.
Good working knowledge of network models and GAP.
Experience in conducting capacity and constraint evaluations.
Background in process engineering, production engineering, or flow assurance is preferred.
Experience from the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) within engineering or operations is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
Language: English
Location: Stavanger, Oslo, or Trondheim, with required offshore work
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027
