Responsibilities
Ensure the completion and commissioning of instrument systems according to project and operational requirements.
Prepare instrumentation systems and ensure their readiness for dynamic testing.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of instrumentation and equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Perform functional testing and troubleshoot issues during the commissioning phase.
Develop, review, and implement instrument commissioning procedures.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
Contribute to project forecasts, schedules, and cost estimates related to the commissioning scope.
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Facilitate a smooth transition from the project phase to operations.
Required expertise
BSc. in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
Valid Automation Certificate.
Completed EX Basic and Ex Maintenance Courses.
Completed FSE course.
Experience with PIMS (Project Information Management System) is a significant advantage.
Language: English
Location: Stord, Norway with required offshore work
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from April 2026 to December 2027
