Project Completion Engineer – Cyber Security and Network Engineer (CSNE)
General Job Description
The Completion Engineer CSNE is responsible for the planning, execution and supervision of Cyber Security activities across systems related to the delivery and integration of the PWP FFA Project in Commissioning.
Location:
This position is fully mobile with base location onshore office Stavanger.
Mobilization to construction site in Rosenberg Worley Stavanger for a period, prior to mobilizing to Stord for integration phase and later offshore is requirement of this position.
Position Purpose
Role to ensure completion and commissioning requirements of all PWP Cyber security and network, meeting all Aker BP’s project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.
Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.
Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.
Responsible for establishing and follow up PIMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering (follow up)
Review documents from Engineering (Design reports, Data flow diagrams)
Ensure clear scope transfer from Engineering is documented in Design report.
Carry out coordination meetings with Engineering and package supplier to detailed out carry over scope from FAT.
Commissioning
Ensure that cyber security is integrated in end-to-end system functionality in commissioning, co-ordination towards relevant alliances, delivery lines and interfacing parties within the project.
Ensure overall system integrity, functionality, and operational efficiency.
Assign relevant Cyber security checklist for components and equipment in project completion system. (PIMS)
Coordinate Site visit for Package supplier according to Commissioning plan.
Assist Site team during cabinet powerup making sure cyber security requirements are fulfilled.
Assist SAS/Instrument System responsible for carrying out Site acceptance test.
Ensure alignment with engineering for self-assessment.
Responsibility to align all parties and monitor progress of the Activity.
Reports to SAS Commissioning Lead for any delays in progress under his/her area of responsibility.
Ensuring that resources that are involved in cyber security activities have sufficient technical competence and capacity to complete the necessary deliverables.
Support integration of project plan, risk and quality assurance.
Assist team in troubleshooting communication protocols i.e., CAN, Modbus, Profinet, etc.
Support the project in planning and conducting periodic cyber security self-assessment to evaluate compliance with the AkerBP Cyber Security Policy.
Coordinate with engineering team to plan and validate secure network paths for software updates, patch deployments, and version control in ICS/OT environment.
Collaborate in tracking and resolving network and cyber security- related findings to maintain security compliance.

Education
BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.
