Valid work permit in Norway and NORSOK experience is required

Contract Duration: 15 January 2026 – 31 March 2027

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Completion Engineer for Utility Systems to support the Hugin A platform project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising completion and commissioning activities for designated Utility systems, ensuring delivery in line with project standards and mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Act as System Responsible Engineer for Utility systems.

Review, verify, and contribute to documentation and drawings relevant to MC and commissioning.

Provide engineering input and technical expertise for commissioning activities.

Estimate and plan commissioning scope both onshore and offshore.

Independently plan and execute MC follow-up and commissioning activities.

Participate in MC punch outs and FATs at supplier sites.

Deliver updates in the project completion system (PIMS).

Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure efficient commissioning with focus on HSSE.

Plan and call off ATS as required.

Manage contractor personnel and other supporting resources.

Ensure availability of spare parts, special tools, and first fills.

Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Ensure smooth transition from Project to Operations.

Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews as needed.

Education:

BSc or MSc in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience, preferably on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Proven track record in system-based commissioning for NORSOK projects.

Knowledge of project completions systems and document management systems; PIMS experience is a plus.

Ability to lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
