Work Preparation Engineer EIT Low Voltage & Work Preparation Engineer EIT Automation

About the Role

We are seeking Work Preparation Engineers specializing in Low Voltage (LV) and Automation to join our team in Årskog. You will work closely with our contractor to develop work packs and provide technical and operational support during project execution.

We are looking for:

2 Work Preparation Engineers – Automation

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Work Packs for installation in Pims

Collaborate and support contractor teams in execution planning

Provide discipline-specific input to work activities

Act as a role model and driving force in HSSE, quality, and productivity initiatives

Review safety aspects related to planned work and determine the need for SJA (Safe Job Analysis)

Apply multidisciplinary decision-making in accordance with the Project Execution Model (PEM)

Review material needs and ensure availability for planned tasks

Qualifications & Experience

Vocational education with trade certificate and minimum 5 years’ experience in a related industry

Alternatively: minimum 10 years’ experience in the petroleum industry

Proven construction experience

Good understanding of MC completion and construction processes

Proficient in English (oral and written)

Familiar with Pims CMS

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration
