Location: Bærum, Norway

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Process & Improvement Professional to support in the adoption of Cognite tools, including Infield, Fusion, and Atlas AI. The role will focus on driving successful implementation, adoption tracking, and knowledge sharing across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate training sessions and ensure learnings are captured and disseminated

Monitor and follow-up on adoption metrics

Analyse adoption trends and propose actions to improve engagement

Prepare  presentations on  adoption progress

Coordinate with business owners regarding communications to end users about Cognite products

Share experiences and best practices with other business units

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Operator operations

Experience with Cognite tools is an advantage

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Proven experience in adoption-focused work

Excellent communication and presentation skills
