About the Role

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Marine Technology discipline, working with offshore maritime and mooring systems. You will contribute to ensuring the technical integrity and safe operation of marine systems across our offshore assets.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Follow up on technical integrity of marine and mooring systems.

Deliver integrity status reports and propose corrective or mitigating measures.

Perform technical condition and safety verifications of maritime systems.

Establish and continuously improve maintenance programs.

Update system and operational documentation.

Provide technical support to projects and operations.

Conduct risk assessments and participate in risk management processes.

Follow up offshore installations and travel offshore when required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in offshore, platform, or marine technology (or equivalent).

Proven experience with offshore maritime and mooring systems.

Good understanding of regulatory requirements and national/international marine standards.

Familiar with NORSOK standards, Equinor technical requirements, and related governing documentation.

Skilled in tools and analytical methods relevant to marine systems.

Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
