Commissioning Lead
Location: Stavanger
Reports To: Commissioning Manager
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Collaborate with Operations and other Alliance members to establish a handover hierarchy and strategy during the study phase, with strong focus on HSSEQ, and maintain this approach throughout all project phases.
Provide input to and approve commissioning estimates related to the project’s commissioning scope in coordination with Project Managers/Leads.
Contribute to the development of project installation and commissioning plans.
Manage project interfaces within the Mods Alliance, across Alliance members, PRO, and Operations to ensure safe, efficient handovers to Operations in line with the project plan.
Oversee interfaces with contractors and other external resources supplying materials, equipment, and services for commissioning.
Administer and maintain the PIMS CMS database for the project portfolio.
Commissioning Coordination
Ensure the right commissioning discipline resources are allocated with appropriate skills to:
Witness contractor/supplier testing (FAT/SAT) as required.
Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.
Execute the commissioning scope.
Guarantee a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
Planning & Execution
Provide input to the Completion Lead for project activities during Asset 12-week planning meetings.
Identify discipline and ATS requirements for ongoing projects and communicate these in weekly Alliance 6-week POB meetings.
Ensure all commissioning job cards are delivered with the required quality and in accordance with readiness requirements.

Promote a strong stakeholder management culture with:

Participate in offshore morning meetings and support coordination across teams.
Monitor and secure plan attainment and successful integration of project activities under own responsibility.
Reporting & Delivery
Provide commissioning input to Project Managers for monthly project reports in line with project routines.
Ensure RFOC is achieved for assigned projects on time, within budget, and without HSSEQ issues.
Support the Mods Alliance in developing and tracking annual strategic initiatives through the delivery line.
