Metodeingeniør Construction & Completion EICT

Candidates without valid workingpermit in Norway, and NORSOK experience, will not be evaluated

Language requirements: Norwegian is preferred but not required.

Duration: 2 years

Education: Minimum trade certificate, preferably technical college or university.

Competence and experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in fabrication- and installation-related engineering work

Solid multidisciplinary understanding and competence, with emphasis on “white-collar” disciplines

Good knowledge and understanding of the entire EPCIC value chain

Offshore work experience

Advantageous with a trade certificate and experience as a skilled worker/foreman

Solid knowledge of Equinor’s requirements, specifications, and work methodology

Work tasks:

Act as a link between offshore and onshore

Plan methods, prepare installation descriptions, and ready systems for installation

Plan installation in SAP

Actively participate in the design phase with focus on construction/installation methods

Provide input to technical reports

Verify relevant documents/drawings regarding constructability/installability, job setting, and MC

Check and prepare approval of prefabrication and installation packages with associated estimates

Define needs for tools and equipment

Coordinate, collaborate, and contribute with all disciplines and project management, as well as with offshore

System tools:

Required: MS Office, ARIS, and SAP (Equinor)
Preferred: ProCoSys
