We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Loop Test Engineer to join the commissioning team on a major offshore project in Norway.

The role involves planning, executing, and verifying instrument loop checks while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

The Loop Test Engineer will be accountable for planning and executing the loop test scope within the PWP project and supporting commissioning progress.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and engineering the execution of loop tests.

Contributing to loop test strategy and methodology.

Providing on-site presence during loop test execution.

Supporting the Loop Test Lead in organizing, monitoring, and reporting loop test activities.

Main tasks

Plan, schedule, and coordinate loop test activities in collaboration with commissioning and construction teams.

Follow up on loop test activities in fabrication yards.

Ensure loop testing aligns with project milestones and commissioning sequences.

Plan and track ATS work for various instruments.

Prepare for daily activities, including necessary work permits.

Maintain an updated overview of loop test readiness and progress.

Ensure all required documentation, equipment, and personnel are available for testing.

Verify loop tests are performed in accordance with project specifications and standards.
