Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within modification projects, preferably with Equinor as a client.
• Experience working independently in multidisciplinary modification projects with responsibility for detailed engineering of electrical deliveries.
• Experience with generators, control panels, and/or turbines is an advantage.
• Offshore experience, such as surveys, is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of Equinor's requirements, specifications, and work methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for electrical discipline deliverables in bids, studies, and execution projects.
• Responsible for estimating and planning the scope of work within the electrical discipline.
• Prepare design documents, drawing packages, and perform necessary calculations and system analyses for electrical systems and distribution facilities.
• Deliver technical documentation in accordance with client requirements and specifications, and update client databases with metadata.
• Prepare job settings and work packages for installation.
• Specify and order necessary materials, bulk, and package purchases.
• Act as package manager for electrical packages and provide technical follow-up with equipment suppliers.
• Collaborate with other disciplines within the project and with the client.

Offshore Certificate:

• Beneficial.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to maintain an overview while independently executing detailed project work and assisting colleagues with technical questions.

Courses:

• Updated EX and FSE courses required.
