Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the project management team and assist in building the project’s WBS and coding structure
• Develop project plans based on information regarding scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
• Collect progress updates from all contributors and process this data in the planning tool
• Ensure project team members understand the execution plans and their respective milestones and deliverables
• Communicate progress updates to the organization
• Monitor the project’s critical path, flag deviations, and contribute by proposing compensatory actions based on analyses from the planning system
• Follow up and review subcontractors' plans, and participate in critical meetings for project execution

Skills and Experience:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project planning, ideally within modification projects, new builds, or studies, preferably in oil and gas
• Strong technical and practical understanding of multidisciplinary project execution, including design, documentation, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning
• Good overall contract knowledge
• Solid experience using Safran Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
